Dye Your Hair With Koolaid Using 2 Colors!

It's been a while...

So I just dyed my hair with koolaid using 2 different colors and the outcome was great. I used Grape and Tropical Punch. My hair looked like this to begin with:

I used the dip dye method because it's the fastest way. You can do this with conditioner and foil, but it will take all night. This took only 30 minutes. I got two cups and filled them with warm water. I added the packet of tropical punch to one cup and the grape to another cup.

It's important to add that I parted my hair in a zig zag and then dipped the ends. You need to do this so the colors look even on each side. Then I sat down and did this for 30 minutes:

If you can't tell, I'm dipping the tips of my hair in the cups. The envelope is there to hide my cleavage. Yes, I had a shirt on. Actually, it was a spaghetti strap shirt so the straps are hidden by my hair. Anyway, whatever.

After 30 minutes passed, I picked up the cups, slowly walked to the nearest sink, emptied the cups and rinsed my hair out. If you aren't very careful during this step, you might spill koolaid everywhere and it stains fast.

Then I patted my hair off with a dark colored towel and let it air dry.

The results are this:

I love this color. You can see the obvious darker streaks (which is the purple) and then the bright fiery red (which is the tropical punch). They go great together. I just can't get over how great this turned out. Which makes me very sad for my next announcement:

Most of you come to my blog not searching for how to dye your hair with koolaid, but searching for how to get it out of your hair fast! So you've already dyed it, gotten over it, and want it gone. In order to better serve the majority of my readers, I have to get rid of this awesome dye job quickly. I want to make a post about me getting the koolaid out of my hair in (hopefully) less than a day. So good-bye, really cool hair. I hardly knew you.

I guess it's not that big of a deal. Since this took little effort, I can do it again one day. Leave your questions for me in the comments.
